“MisanpAIge is a formatting and structural aid. You own your content. Our AI does not edit meaning — only structure. Use the platform responsibly and in accordance with academic integrity standards.”
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MisanpAIge ("the Platform", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Description of Service
MisanpAIge provides AI-powered academic writing tools:
- Template Builder (01): AI-powered publication template generator for 6 document types.
- Citations (02): Reformatting bibliographies across 8 academic styles.
- Layout (03): Applying journal formatting templates to manuscripts.
- Editing (04): Proofreading, structural improvement, and language correction.
- Title Page (05): Generating formatted title pages.
- Cover Letter (06): Drafting journal submission cover letters.
- Citation Checker (07): Verifying citation completeness and consistency.
- Batch Processing (08): Formatting for multiple journals simultaneously.
AI processing is performed via the Anthropic Claude API. The Platform is a tool to assist — not replace — human judgement.
Accounts & Eligibility
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Notify us immediately at info@misanpaige.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
One Account Per Person
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is a violation of these Terms.

Credits never expire. 1 credit = 1 tool use; Layout costs 3 credits; Editing costs 2 credits.

Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel anytime from account settings. Unused subscription credits do not roll over. Purchased credit packages are retained. Refund requests within 7 days to info@misanpaige.com.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use MisanpAIge only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with academic integrity. You must not:
- Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
- Use the Platform to produce content intended to deceive or commit academic fraud.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Platform.
- Use automated scripts or bots beyond your plan limits.
- Resell or commercialise access without written permission.
Academic Integrity:MisanpAIge is a formatting and structural aid. Using AI-generated output as your own original intellectual contribution without disclosure may violate your institution's academic integrity policies. You are solely responsible for compliance.

Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain full ownership of all documents you upload or process. We do not use your content for training AI models.
AI Output
The formatted output is derived from your input. You own the output subject to Anthropic's terms.
Platform IP
All code, design, and trademarks of MisanpAIge are owned by us or our licensors.
AI-Generated Output
MisanpAIge's core principle: AI never modifies the meaning or factual content of your work. Nevertheless:
- AI output may contain errors — always review before submission.
- Citation formatting may not perfectly match every journal's house style.
- The Platform does not guarantee manuscript acceptance.
We are not responsible for academic, legal, or reputational consequences arising from AI-generated output.
Disclaimer & Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100 (whichever is greater).
Termination & Governing Law
Termination
You may close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara, Turkey. EU consumers may also use their local courts.
Changes & Contact
We may modify these Terms with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
