Terms of Service

By accessing or using MisanpAIge ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use MisanpAIge. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us immediately at info@misanpaige.com of any unauthorised use.

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate, transmit, or process unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape data, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Submit content you do not have the right to use
• Use the AI output to facilitate academic dishonesty in violation of your institution's policies

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us within 14 days of purchase.

You retain all rights to content you submit. MisanpAIge grants you a license to the platform's tools but not to its underlying code, prompts, or branding.

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Total liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Istanbul.
